Allama Muhammad Iqbal read “Shikwa” in which year?

He read this Poem first time in 1909. It most famous poem of Allama Iqbal.
There are two parts of this poem named “Shikwa” and “Jawab-E-Shikwa”. “Shikwa” was published in 1919 and “Jawab E Shikwa” was published in 1913.
Allama Iqbal was born on 09th November 1877 and died on 21st April 1938.
