Pyrexia is medical term for fever.
It occurs when the body’s temperature rises above the normal range (37°C / 98.6°F).
Causes of Pyrexia may be Bacterial or Viral Infection, Autoimmune System, Heatstroke and certain medications.
Antipyretic drugs are Paracetamol and Brofen.
