سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان میں محمد عمران احمد خان نیازی اور شیخ رشید احمد کی جانب سے پانامہ پیپرز کے حوالہ سے ایک کیس دائر کیا گیا تھا۔
جس کے نتیجہ میں سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان نے میاں محمد نواز شریف کو 28 جولائی 2017 کو وزیر اعظم پاکستان کے عہدے سے نا اہل قرار دیا۔
