Myometrium is the middle muscle layer of of Uterus.
Myometrium is the strong muscle part of the Uterus that helps in Menstruation (to push out the blood) and Childbirth (to push out the baby out).
There are three layers of Uterus which are Endometrium, Myometrium and Perimetrium.
