Which blood test confirms pregnancy?

hCG stands for Human Chronic Gonadotropin.
During pregnancy, the placenta produces hCG (hormone), which can be detected in both blood and urine.
Blood tests are more sensitive regarding pregnancy test as compare to urine test; blood test provides early result after 10 days of conception.
There are two types of hCG blood test which are Qualitative hCG test and Quantitative hCG test.
