Installed Capacity of this Dam is 3.5 MW.
The study and research was completed to construct this Dam in 1992 but not constructed yet.
In 2008, Baluchistan Assembly opposed the construction of Hingal Dam.
The local Hindu Community protested against construction as its construction will destroy their historical Hindu Temple “Hinglaj Mata”.
